The new PISD Softball Complex will feature three new competition softball fields on nine acres. The main field features a full synthetic turf with press box and two competition fields with grass. The complex will also feature a ticket booth, four large gang restrooms and concession stand and three separate parking lots.

Renovation of 246 restrooms across sixteen campuses. The scope of work also includes but is not limited to the selective demolition, reconfiguration, and replacement of existing finishes as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as documented and required for the work.

Two summer renovations and additions to a middle school facility. Music and restroom additions with new ceilings, casework and floor covering in renovated areas. Start date is June 25, 2025.

Sports field renovations, major kitchen renovations and other renovations throughout the complex over a two summer span. Start date is June 2, 2025.

This project consists of general facility renovations and additions to include new athletic storage buildings, expanded fine arts buildings, interior renovations consisting of replacing ceilings, new flooring throughout, renovations to all restrooms, locker rooms, new stage lighting, lighting controls and new LED lighting throughout, replace refrigeration to cooler / freezers, harden main front desks, impact resistant glass / film for additional security, all new fire alarm systems and miscellaneous mechanical upgrades. Start date is June 2, 2025.

The project consists of general facility renovations and additions to include new outdoor athletic storage building, new black box and two new art rooms and new auditorium storage. Interior renovations consist of new flooring, paint, acoustical ceilings, door hardware and casework replacement, HVAC controls, new chillers and boilers. Athletic upgrades to include new tennis courts and new track surfacing. Start date is June 2, 2025.

The project consists of general facility renovations and additions to include expanded fine arts, CTE, new tennis courts, new athletic storage building and a new greenhouse building. Interior renovations to A/V systems, acoustical treatments, refinish gym floors and locker room floors, replacement for door hardware, renovations to press boxes, replacement of exterior waterproofing sealants, electrical upgrades and mechanical piping upgrades. Start date is June 25, 2025.

Renovations include new flooring, new architectural casework, new science casework, new ceilings, new light fixtures, new fire alarm system, total renovations of interior restrooms including new underground plumbing, total renovations of boys and girls locker rooms including new underground plumbing, new freezer/coolers, and total re-roofs. 1 new orchestra addition at Aragon, 1 new orchestra and 1 new Weight Room addition at Goodson. New stand alone storage buildings at both schools. Start date is June 3, 2024.

Renovations include new flooring, new architectural casework, new science casework, all new paint, all new ceilings, resurfaced gym floors, new fire alarm system, new press box finishes, all new joint sealants, parking lot re-striping, and theatrical upgrades. New additions include 2 new tennis courts, fine arts and classroom additions, new storage room additions, and 1 new stand alone storage building. Start date is June 3, 2024.

This project consists of a very difficult coordination to add on to and renovate CFISD's original high school while education continues for three years. The scope includes a new athletic building, new auditorium building, new culinary building, new CTE and music additions. Renovations of the building include new science labs, fire sprinklers throughout, new fire alarm, new ceilings, new lights, new casework, etc. Start date is May 2024.

This project consists of the replacement of all buildings, parking and service facilities for Pasadena's existing transportation center. Start date is December 23, 2023

New ground up approximately 121,000 square feet elementary school.

Additions and renovations to Holbrook and Holmsley Elementary Schools along with site modifications to improve onsite vehicle stacking. Lee Elementary School will receive major renovations to academic classroom areas and front entry.

This project consists of a new performing arts center, new gymnasium and locker rooms, associated parking, new tennis building, practice facility for football and major renovations to the existing campus. The existing building will also get a new roof system. Start date April 2022.
